The role is ideal for someone who is already working in a web design and build agency, or someone from an SEO or digital marketing background who is looking to expand their experience and has a track record of project and financial management. Key Responsibilities:

Direction, leadership and development of digital account management team.
Quality control and ultimate responsibility for the effective and efficient completion of all your client projects – from client brief to campaign evaluation.
Chairing client, internal and external supplier meetings.
Financial management – budgeting, cost-cutting and forecasting.
Briefing of and liaison between internal departments – Creative, Planning, Development etc.
Leading pitches, tenders and proposals.
Quality management of external suppliers.
Internal training and development, and knowledge sharing.
Valuable input into the management of the agency (clients and staff).
Networking and developing new business leads.
Evaluation of strategic and digital proposals.
Creating documentation, including website scoping and information architecture (sitemaps, wireframes etc).
Improving efficiency and profitability on digital projects and client accounts.
Managing third party relationships for media buying and technical suppliers.
Internal training and development, and knowledge sharing.
Generating ideas and keeping up to date with digital trends.
Advising on best practice across a range of digital communications.
