UNION NAMED AGENCY OF THE YEAR 2015 AT MARKETING AWARDS
The Union was delighted to be named The Marketing Society Scotland’s ‘Agency of the Year 2015’ at the Marketing Star Awards. The award was made at a packed dinner in Glasgow, with around 500 industry guests present.

UNION APPOINTED BY VISITSCOTLAND FOR GLOBAL BRAND BRIEF
We’re delighted to report that VisitScotland has appointed The Union for a new global brand brief. It’s the first time a single creative approach for all markets has been adopted. The campaign will promote Scotland as a tourism destination to all VisitScotland’s key markets, which includes the UK, Europe and USA, The new brief is to create a single unifying proposition and creative idea to exploit the creative opportunities on and offline, in paid for, and earned media channels.

NEW SCOTCH BEEF CAMPAIGN LAUNCHED BY QMS
BBC Masterchef: The Professionals winner Jamie Scott today launched a new campaign to promote Scotch Beef PGI – recently named Scotland’s favourite food. Jamie, joined staff at The Macallan distillery in Speyside to raise a glass of one of world’s most iconic Scotch whiskies to the success of the campaign, which aims to very clearly differentiate Scotch Beef.

NEW TV CAMPAIGN TO PROMOTE FINANCIAL HEALTH SERVICE
The Union’s new TV ad for the Scottish Government’s Scottish Financial Health Service has just launched. The service is a new online portal that provides a gateway to financial help and advice to people living in Scotland. A website where users can access the information and support they need, no matter their financial issues.
