The opportunity:

As someone who can hit the ground running from day one, you’ll thrive on an exciting learning curve that will stretch and sharpen your management, team working and communication skills. Your spark will make clients love working with you, and in return you’ll have the chance to make a real impact from the off, on a huge range of different client accounts. 

Your role:

  • Leading client accounts within the agency, managing budgets, ensuring they are profitable and growing.
  • Applying strategic thinking and insight to all projects, driving them forward and addressing challenges where appropriate.
  • Helping build and strengthen the client-agency relationships.
  • Helping ensure best practice internal processes, ensuring consistent and high-quality ways of working across teams.
  • Seeking to build a good working rapport between the account management creative and development teams throughout the agency.
  • Regularly involved in new business, tenders and pitches, approaching these with both a creative and commercial mindset.
  • Managing client briefings and presentations.
  • Managing projects on-time and on-budget.
  • Responding to client requests.
  • Financial management - estimating, quoting, and invoicing.
  • Time management – creation of timing plans to meet client deadlines.
  • Providing support to the team – you will report to an Account Director.
