The Union will be opening a new agency in Leeds within the next few months. The agency will be headed by Clive Goldstein who is currently Head of Advertising and an Associate Partner at Poulter Partners, Yorkshire’s biggest agency. He is responsible for all advertising clients including Redrow Homes, Jeyes, Meadowhall and Wm. Morrison Supermarkets. Clive started his career in London at DDB, was an Account Director at Saatchi Group’s Hall Advertising in Edinburgh and then a Group Account Director at the Leith Agency, before moving to Poulters in 1996. Clive said: “For me this is an unmissable opportunity to lead a heavyweight creative start-up, with the immediate resource and support of an award-winning agency. It’s a fantastic combination to be able to offer. Our challenge will be to deliver the already successful Union formula to clients in England. This is the most exciting agency development in the region for years.” The agency’s Creative Director will be Paul McManus, who joins from TBWA Amsterdam.
