As Deputy Creative Director, I share responsibility for the work we produce at Union Direct. Leading up to this, over 15 years I've been lucky to have a variety of creative roles in London and Edinburgh, from UX Director to Art Director; creating user journeys and app designs one day... logos, billboards and award-winning tv ads the next. With a mix of B2C and B2B work at gyro (now Merkle B2B), TBWA, and now at Union Direct, my clients have ranged from Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of Scotland and ScottishPower, to Pfizer, Cigna Healthcare, the Scottish Government and the NHS.
Good - and bad - design has the power to change our behaviour and our world. No matter what creative problem we're solving, I love helping our team find the best, most behaviour-changing solution there is.
