Once upon a time we developed all the advertising for Road Safety Scotland. Our main areas of focus were education and information around drink driving, safety on rural roads (especially amongst young, gung ho, male drivers) and enforcement of seat belt laws. Our work won creative and effectiveness awards, and included some notable ‘firsts’. We embedded the first Scottish Government advert within an X-Box game; and produced a ‘live’ interactive cinema commercial. Awards are an occasional garnish but ultimately all that matters is that our work helped to make Scotland’s roads safer.
