Almost 250 guests gathered and helped raise over £30,000 on the night.
Andy Nicol, former British Lion and Scotland rugby Captain, was MC on the night. Annabelle Ewing, MSP and Minister for Youth and Women's Employment, addressed the gathering on the need to support young people in helping them achieve their goals. The Union's Chairman, Ian McAteer, who is also Chair of the charity, reflected on how ProjectScotland ‘packed a punch’ for a relatively small organisation. Scottish adventurer and world record holder Mark Beaumont inspired the audience with his tales of amazing adventures and Natashofa Easton, a former ProjectScotland volunteer, brought a tear to the eye with her life story. The charity also premièred a new fundraising film, which was produced by The Union. Paul Reddish, CEO of ProjectScotland, thanked guests for making the evening such success.
